PRAYER: Lord when we can’t feel your presence remind us that you carry us through our trials and that you are here with us every step of the way.
VERSE OF THE DAY: Deuteronomy 31:6
In life there will be times that you may feel like the presence of God has left you. It is during that time that God is with you the most. There is a poem known as “Footprints In The Sand.” This poem speaks about a person having a dream and walking with The Lord and in conversation he asks God why did He leave him during his most trying times and why does he only see one set of footprints in the sand? God reveals too that He never left but that He carried him through those trying times.
I wanted to encourage you that although it looks rough and although it seems challenging remember that God is with you. Remember that God will carry you through your trials. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Hold fast to the unconditional love that God has just for you. Be encouraged knowing that God is right here BY YOUR SIDE.
