VERSE OF THE DAY: Psalm 107:20-21
So you wake up one morning and your head is pounding, your body is aching, and all you want to do is roll over and go back to sleep. It’s during these moments all you really desire to do is have a bowl of soup and some apple juice (maybe that’s me). We each have our own little remedy that we use when we are sick, as if it is going to make us feel better faster. Today, be encouraged and think about your overall health. Think about how you felt when you were last under the weather. Now imagine if that was you on a daily and consistent basis. This probably is not the greatest vision to envision. There is hope. Jesus Christ, THE GREAT PHYSICIAN.
As we approach the end of September, take a few minutes to pray for yourself and those who are ill. Those who battle with sickness and disease on a daily basis. Pray for those who need donors or who simply need a match. Pray for people who don’t have all of the health and medical benefits that you may have. Don’t take your health for granted. Be grateful for where you are but bless others with a few minutes of prayer. Prayer changes things and healing the sick is one of them. Share your testimony about THE GREAT PHYSICIAN and how He healed you.
