NEVER REALLY ALONE

PRAYER: Lord open our eyes that we may see the army of angels that you have surrounding us. Carry us where we need it most.

VERSE OF THE DAY: 2 Kings 6:17

In life there will be times will you will find yourself by yourself. People will say they are for you, they are on your team, and they are willing to work alongside you. You look up and you find yourself standing all alone. You find yourself making moves by yourself. You find that you have had more conversations and laughs to yourself than with someone else. You could be fighting through something an illness, a divorce, barely passing those classes and still realize that the people who said they would help you or that they will be there for you are no where to be found.

A learned lesson to those who are willing to listen, it’s a lonely road. The road was never what you anticipated for it to be to begin with. The beauty of it all is that when you look back over every mountain and valley you will see that you were never really alone. God sends angels who are with you every step of the way. God carried you on those days you couldn’t carry yourself. He provided for you in the areas you really needed it most. He made a way out of no way just for you. You were never really alone to begin with. This week think about how God has been with you every step of the way. You will see that just when you thought you had to fight the battles on your own you were never really alone!
