PRAYER: Papa allow our hearts to please You. Make our hearts align with what you desire for Your glory.

VERSE OF THE DAY: Ezekial 36:26-27

My heart has been very sensitive these past few days. As God began to deal with my heart some years ago, I realize He is working at it even more now then back then. The breaking and the molding of it all has been a challenge. It has been a very humbling experience. I’m slow to speak and quick to listen. I’m more receiving and even more giving. I’m more involved in my passions and more in tuned with God then I’ve ever been on my Christian journey. 

 In fact, I am cautious at what I do but there is a side of me that still says you have to live. Some people meet God and they become overly religious. They cut everything and everybody off completely. Their jargon changes but not because they have changed within but because they are trying to impress others and show that they are a Christian. But being a Christian is way more than just how you walk and talk (Pharisee & Sadducees). It’s about knowing who and when to share the love of Christ. I’m not saying that you shouldn’t be mindful of your character and reputation as a Christian. I’m saying live your life but be mindful of who is watching you and of the One you’re trying to please. 

 I encourage you to let God deal with your heart. Your heart matters to God. He cares about what you are up against and what you are going through. He knows because sometimes He is the one who puts you through it in order to receive a heart of brokenness and humility. He desires for you to humble your heart before Him. Let him deal with the heart of the matter. Be encouraged, He wants your heart!
