PRAYER: Lord allow us to accept that we are made from the dust. Allow us to accept our failures and forgive ourselves. Dust us off and give us a new start.

VERSE OF THE DAY: Psalm 103:14

How often do you try something new only to realize that what you tried did not work out for your good or in your favor? It is at that moment that you have to dust yourself off and try again. You shouldn’t let the failure get the best of you. You must realize that you are not perfect and your frame is made from the dust of the earth.  In other words God knows your imperfections and doesn’t hold your failures against you. You must forgive yourself and carry on.

Instead of getting upset about it begin to seek and find ways to improve. Pray and ask God to help you and to be your strength. You have to continue to keep at it. Just keep going for the positives. Learn from your past mistakes and failures and realize that you are not a failure or a mistake. You are human created from the dust of imperfection. Don’t define yourself to your failure because of one bad incident or scenario. Instead use that to your own advantage, learn from it and grow. Keep trusting that God will see you through and that He will shake off of you all of the debris. If at first you don’t succeed, dust yourself off and try again.
