PRAYER: Lord allow us to get through our day reflecting on You. Don’t let anything or anyone take our minds off of You. Process our thoughts and restore us where needed.
VERSE OF THE DAY: Psalm 27:13
There are going to be times in your life where you simply have to sit back and let the music play. As you go throughout your day take the time to digest your week. You have worked hard. You have had some ups and some downs and you have made it through it all. Take a few minutes to simply thank God for getting you through what you thought you couldn’t make it through or what you thought you couldn’t handle. Process everything that you have been through and know that you have had the victory. You are here to still tell your story. God was with you every step of the way. He protected you from dangers seen and unseen.
I encourage you to take a minute to simply reflect. Thank God for all that He has done and all of what He is going to do. Let your day be at ease. Don’t let anyone or anything stress you out. Don’t let people put you in a space that ruins your day. Take a moment to simply enjoy every minute of your day. Reflect on the things of God. Take the time to meditate on how good He has been to you and your own personal circumstances. Always remember how blessed you are because your situation could be a whole lot worse than what it is.
So continue throughout your day to count your blessings and reflect on His goodness and mercies. “I believe that I shall look upon the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living!” Distress and let go of all the things that you cannot change. Let the melodies from heaven today simply rain on you and saturate your heart as you reflect. Enjoy every moment of your reflection on the Lord today.
