BE COURAGEOUS

PRAYER: Lord go before us in all that we do. Allow us to place our strength and courage in You. Help us to accomplish and reach our goals that are set before us.

VERSE OF THE DAY: Joshua 1:9

Have you ever been at a place where you were simply unsure at how everything was going to turn out for you? Have you felt like every time you give your all that it comes back and it is not good enough? There are times when I work really hard at a project and it just does not work out in the way that I desire for it to come out. So then when it is time for me to approach it again I end up being really nervous considering my results from the last time. It is then that I must pray and ask God to go before me.

God has a way of letting us know that we were made to be courageous. That we are able to accomplish anything that we set our hearts and minds too. Just because it didn’t turn out the way you expected for it too the last time does not mean that you should have doubts, worries, or fears this time around. You can’t allow the enemy to creep in and give you a false hope or tell you lies that may not be true. You must pray and ask God to go before you in what you do and to give you the courage to handle the task at hand.

I encourage you today to think about the many different things that you are nervous or anxious about. Ask God to give you the strength to handle it. What you cannot handle on your own allow Him to step in and handle it for you. Give your very best and do your very best no matter what. What you don’t get done today, there is always tomorrow. Remember that God is with you wherever you go and that He won’t leave you to figure it all out on your own. So today be strong and courageous in the Lord knowing that God is with you every step of the way.
