PRAYER: Lord make us steadfast that we may be in a committed relationship with you. Allow us to remain focused so that when life hits we will not fall into low self-esteem or insecurities.

VERSE OF THE DAY: Psalm 108:1

The doors in your life may close and the storms in your life may blow. Your emotions may overflow and flood you with a natural disaster that you did not anticipate. You may find yourself unsure and uncertain about things that you were at one point confident in. Life just has a way of pulling from under your feet the rug of the unexpected. How do you deal with these things? How do you process the things that you are facing or are up against? You begin to process this by meditating on the word of God. Understanding that God desires a personal relationship with you that will allow you to live a fuller and more healthier life. steadfast

I encourage you today to remain steadfast in and through God. Allow His Son Jesus Christ to enter into your heart and take you to a different level in Him. You no longer have to have worries, doubts, or fears. You just have to believe that God is going to see you through to the other side if you just continue to remain steadfast in Him. How do you remain steadfast? You remain steadfast by building up your spirit man. Feeding your spirit man with the word of God. Putting your spirit man in position to receive things that are pure and lovely (Philippians 4:8).

The same way that you have to put forth effort to maintain a healthy and stable relationship. It is the same way that you have to nurture your soul, by giving your heart and your mind the things that are needed in order to equip you. This allows you to block out low self-esteem and insecurities which keeps your heart and mind in an unwavering state of being. Instead, consider building yourself up so that you are steadfast and immovable.
