VERSE OF THE DAY: Philippians 3:14
Have you ever found yourself having to complete a task but you just don’t feel like doing it? You play it over and over again with the steps you may need to take in order to get it done. An hour turns into three hours and you are still replaying over and over again what you should’ve done or could have already had done. In order to get things done in your life it will require discipline over your feelings and the strength to PRESS THROUGH. Will it be easy at first? Absolutely not! Can you make it to the other side? Yes you can!
It takes you reaching your goal through prayer, using your mind, and feeling the pressure. You must feel the burn of your spiritual muscles being stretched and your faith being stretched to a different place in God. PRESSING THROUGH, involves you remaining focus on where you are going and how you are going to get there. You can’t sit around any longer and let your feelings run the show. When you do that you will find that you can’t get anything done and that you’re back at replaying the steps over and over again in your mind. Be encouraged as you PRESS THROUGH. Look at how and what you feel in order to reach your goals and then turn off your feelings and begin to use your mind. In all that you do PRESS THROUGH.
